 Ideal for application in normal sized locations typical of a single leaf door. A practical solution for offices, commercial and private activities. Has the same lock as its younger sister Club. Valued for its practical stocking thanks to the single opening hand, Polilux is a galvanised and pre-painted double panelled metal door. The double panelled structure gives the door a pleasing appearance and easy opening, practical and economical for service rooms. Air circulation of rooms, which are normally kept closed such as basements, attics and storerooms, is ensured through the optional “ventilation slots”. Thanks to its practical reversibility, application is simple and universal due to the single opening hand that is decided upon after the frame has been fitted. Installation is possible on any type of wall, standard sizes only, three sided brick-in or bolted frame, with or without frame seal, change of opening hand that can be performed after the frame has been fitted by simply unscrewing the leaf, rotating it through 180° and securing it again on the opposite jamb. Standard cardboard honeycomb insulation, available in handle/handle version or with vacant/occupied. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Non-certified multipurpose door, standard accessories and technical characteristics as of our production. Pre-painted galvanised frame on three sides with protective film that is removed after fitting is complete, or in galvanised sheet metal only, 2 leafed hinges, fixing by means of frame ties, available with or without frame seal. Blank plastic coated or galvanised unpainted sheet metal leaf, honeycomb insulation, mortise type lock with single locking point cylinder, handles on black resin plaques, internal installation not exposed to the sun and/or rain on any type of wall, reversible opening. Door thickness 40 mm, door + frame thickness = 70 mm. Options: vacant/occupied lock, 4 ventilation grills each positioned on the four corners of the leaf, available in standard sizes only. |
